FUE Hair Transplantvia Our Harley Street Partner
Surgeon-Led. CQC Regulated. Thousands of Successful Procedures.
When non-surgical treatment isn't enough, we connect you with one of the UK's most established hair transplant clinics on Harley Street. GMC-registered surgeons perform every procedure using the latest FUE technology, and we manage your entire journey from pre-surgical diagnostics to post-transplant maintenance.
The Gold Standard
What is FUE Hair Transplant Surgery?
Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) is the most advanced hair transplant technique available. Individual hair follicles are extracted one by one from the donor area using a precision micro-punch tool, then carefully implanted into thinning or bald areas. Unlike the older strip method, FUE leaves no linear scar, has minimal downtime, and produces completely natural-looking results.
Extraction
Individual follicular units (containing 1-4 hairs each) are harvested from the donor area using a micro-punch tool measuring just 0.6-1.0mm in diameter. This leaves only tiny dot scars that are invisible even with very short hair.
Incision
The surgeon creates precise recipient sites in the thinning area, carefully controlling the angle, depth, and direction of each incision to ensure the transplanted hair grows naturally and matches your existing hair pattern.
Implantation
Each harvested follicle is placed into the prepared recipient sites. A typical session transplants 1,500 to 4,000+ grafts depending on the area being covered, all in a single day under local anaesthesia.
Your Journey
From Consultation to Full Recovery
We've designed a seamless five-step process that takes you from initial assessment through to long-term maintenance. You're supported at every stage.
Free Initial Assessment
Start with a complimentary consultation at Brighton Bio Labs. We assess your hair loss pattern, discuss your goals, and determine whether surgical or non-surgical treatment is right for you.
Pre-Surgical Diagnostics
Comprehensive blood panel and scalp analysis to identify underlying causes of hair loss and ensure your body is optimised for surgery. We check hormones, iron, thyroid, vitamins, and inflammatory markers.
Surgical Consultation
Meet the surgical team at the Harley Street clinic for a detailed assessment. They'll design your new hairline, calculate the grafts needed, and provide a personalised treatment plan with pricing.
FUE Procedure
Your transplant is performed by GMC-registered surgeons using the latest FUE technology. The procedure is done under local anaesthesia as a day case, so you go home the same day.
Post-Surgical Care
We manage your recovery with PRP maintenance therapy, nutritional guidance, and regular scalp monitoring. Our goal is to maximise graft survival and protect your long-term results.

Making the Right Choice
Transplant vs Non-Surgical Treatment
Not sure which route is right for you? Here's a quick comparison. Many clients benefit from a combination of both.
FUE Transplant
- Permanent results that last a lifetime
- Best for Norwood 3-6 (moderate to advanced loss)
- Restores hair where follicles are completely gone
- Single procedure with visible results at 6-12 months
- Can also restore beards, eyebrows, and scars
- Requires a healthy donor area
Non-Surgical
- No surgery, no downtime, no scarring
- Best for Norwood 1-3 (early to moderate loss)
- Stimulates existing follicles to regrow thicker hair
- Ongoing treatment with results building over 3-6 months
- PRP, exosomes, stem cell booster, and nutritional plans
- Ideal as a standalone or alongside a transplant
The Gold Standard? Both.
The best long-term results come from combining a transplant with ongoing non-surgical maintenance. Surgery restores what's lost; PRP and exosome therapy protect what remains. We help you build a plan that does both.
