Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee Policy
To secure your appointment and respect everyone's time, we require a booking fee when booking any treatment. Please read our booking fee policy below.
Booking Fee Charge
To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. Once your treatment is completed, the remaining balance (total treatment cost + 2% booking fee) will be charged.
Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. In this case, your booking fee will be carried over to the new appointment.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows
If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment time, or fail to attend, your booking fee will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to rebook.
Remaining Balance
Your booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us a chance to offer your slot to someone else.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed completely will result in a fee of £50 or loss of your deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure all bookings. This will be deducted from your final treatment total.
Life Happens
We totally get that sometimes life throws curveballs. If you're unwell or something urgent pops up, please reach out, we'll always do our best to accommodate where we can.
Lateness Policy
At Brighton Bio Labs, we run a tight schedule to give each client the time, care, and attention they deserve. To help things run smoothly, please take a moment to read through our lateness policy below.
Arriving Late to Your Appointment
Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment in full, or at all, depending on time remaining and the treatment type.
Missed Time = Missed Treatment
We cannot guarantee we'll be able to run over into the next client's time. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment, loss of your appointment altogether, or full treatment charges still applying.

Why It Matters
When one client is late, it affects the whole day, including other clients and their appointments. We really appreciate your understanding in helping us stay on track.
